Whether you received the wrong item, a defective product, or simply changed your mind, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product does not match the description or images provided on the product page.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (for eligible categories).


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or wrongly delivered:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, makeup, razors)

  • Intimate wear and undergarments

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Custom-made or personalized items


3. Return Request Window

You must initiate a return request within:

  • 3 days of delivery for general merchandise

  • 24 hours of delivery for perishables and fragile items


4. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Log into your Manjaro account.

  2. Go to “Orders” and select the item you want to return.

  3. Click “Request Return” and provide a reason with clear photos (if applicable).

  4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  5. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or advise on drop-off options.


5. Refunds

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or wallet balance.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via mobile money or store credit.


6. Exchanges

In applicable cases, customers can opt for an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


7. Vendor Accountability

Sellers are expected to accept returns if:

  • They send the wrong item

  • The product is defective

  • The product is counterfeit or not as described

Failure to comply may result in penalties or delisting.
